Default Jacket for a big guy...

I've been trying to find a jacket that fits me but almost everything I've tried on is way way to tight in the chest and if I try on bigger sizes the sleeves are to long and baggy. I've tried on a lot of icon and joe rocket textile jackets and not one came close to fitting. I'm 6' and weight 285, but i don't just have a huge gut so they'r only real tight in the chest. To give you a mental image I'm kinda built like the dad on american chopper.

If anyone has any suggestions on a brand or something it would be very helpful. Thanks!

Just a suggestion: Maybe buy the jacket that fits well and is a leather jacket. Then take it to a taylor to get the sleeves trimmed up!
Just thought that would be best for you! No need to buy a crappy jacket just because it fits ok!

I too am a big guy like you describe, but have more of a gut than I'd like. Anyway, I tried out some Jackets at a local dealer and even the 3x coats were still 6" from being able to zip up. In regular clothes, I normally wear a 2xl and 2xl t-shirts are plenty loose. Is there some reason why motorcycle jackets are the same fit as bicycle stuff in that everything is made way smaller than everything else on the market?

BYW, when I look for coats, I usually go for a size 52. I'll look for the jacket listed above and see how that one fits.
