Got a link?

Even though you may fly like Superman during a wreck , most people will have a tendency to roll across their back.
Hence the lack of any extra chest protection.

Thanks oden,

Was wondering, I have a Dainese Wave back protector, was looking around for some chest protection and came across this lion belt. I am a noob to riding, on a 125 right now, plan to move up to 600cc and maybe 1000. But rather than spending on gear as I progress I just bought the best gear taht I could afford. must admit I do feel a little stupid looking like a power ranger on a 125 lol. so you dont really know what the belt is for?

Nope sorry , and I dont think you'll look stupid if you have a get-off and your gear saved your skin.
The thought of someone picking stones out of my skin and the weeks of waiting for skin to grow back make wearing gear a no-brainer.

exactly what I thought, got a dainese 2piece leather cause I intend on doing trak days and a nice dainese jacket with armour for normal commuting wear. A friend of mine told me that even on the surface like a track, if you fall at x speed and every meter you slide across the tarmac takes off x cm layer of skin. I thought thats it, got to get good leathers. on top of this I also got Arai RX7 lid and a back protector. I do feel safer, been a driver for like 12 years and finally decided, to get a bike. Now I am doing it. What surprised me the most about the biking world is that everyone working in it are very friendly, from sales rep, mechanics and other riders. All are very helpful and good at sharing info. Wish I was here like 12 years ago.

Thanks for the reply.
