Looks like several sellers on ebay selling the red and the blue FS15 carbons for about $215 shipped. Some are also on Amazon.

 

If you are an XL, then check this out: Red Carbon Fiber FS-15 for $233.99 shipped.

Otherwise, Ebay and amazon are your other options.

I just ordered the regular Elbowz II FS-15 for $109.99. I know that Carbon Fiber is lighter, but from the reviews I've read on a lot of websites, they say that the regular FS-15 is just as good in terms of quality and features.

Compacc.com also has the Joe Rocket RKT 101 in Carbon Fiber. The Joe Rocket helmets are manufactured and designed by HJC and they are the exact replica of the AC-12.

I called XXXXXXXX and was given a discount code -XXXXX - and it lowered the price to XXXXX. It took about 4 days to get and the helmet is awesome. I love the drop down sunshield.

 

Thanks for the help guys, I stuck with XXXX again for another helmet. They changed things up a bit and you have to use discount codes during check out now. Use XXXX , it took the XXXXX for a solid black helmet and free shipping too. It took them less than a week to get it to me also.
