I called Alpinestars 800 number to request an RMA for a broken zipper on my RC-1 one-piece leathers, and there were no questions asked -- the rep gave me the RMA number and I UPS'd my leathers to their Torrance, CA address, and got them back in a little over 3 weeks.

Great company. Just called about a problem with the zipper on my Supertech R boots and they are taking care of it. Why can't all companies be this good?
