the trottle device is made by Scottoiler - the chain lube people - they should have them on their website.
It comes in two widths, mine is the narrower one, the other is about 50% wider.

 

I use throttle rockers myself. Got a pair, 1 for each side. Other than hitting the tank at max turn they're real nice to have. Just did a 1550mile trip this past weekend and hands barely ever went numb. And didn't get in the way of me riding the Tail of The Dragon at all.
