Hi mate, I just saw this post when you referenced it from another post.
These fairings look pretty good, and the difference in price is just ridiculous!

Which is your opinion after 7 months? Still ok? any problem regarding melts, color brightness, etc etc?

Cheers!

Im still happy with them (Its been a month and a half).
No Melting, cracking or fading and I leave my bike all day.
The only thing I have noticed is there are slight paint scuffs under the fairing bolts from taking them on and off (as I have been doing alot of work to it lately). But I just re-cleared the section and put rubber O-rings under the bolts and it worked perfect.

Good to know. The reason because I ask you, is because I slide my bike a few weeks ago, and maybe I will replace the fairings.

Been looking at the Konica Minolta ones, which are just awesome!!!
KONICA MINOLTA - 04-07 F4I - $559.99 : Honda CBR Fairings - CBR 600RR/1000RR Honda Fairings - CBRFairings.com

The problem with those is that tank would need to be painted. Althouh, given the color of my bike, I may opt for the same fairings you fit, since I think the gray colour is the same in yours and mine. Will have to check though.

They also change any colours you want as well for $25, So if you want the white in those fairings listed above to be silver they can do that.

If your looking for decals as well for your tank I got one for mine here:
F4i Decals - Your #1 Source for Aftermarket Motorcycle Decals

I haven't put t on yet but it looks good.

Which decals are you placing in your bike? In the pics seems to be full "dressed".

Good to know also about the flexibility in the colors. But, I think replacing white with silver is these Minolta fairings is just detroying them! XD
Maybe I can work out the color replacement with photoshop and see the results.

(If any Photoshop guru in the room is inspired today?
- Silver Color code: Paint Search :: Color Results - ColorRite
- Fairing: KONICA MINOLTA - 04-07 F4I - $559.99 : Honda CBR Fairings - CBR 600RR/1000RR Honda Fairings - CBRFairings.com

I see. Have you already painted the tank?

No, Not yet, Probably do it closer to the end of the season when the weather starts to get a little worse.

Just thought I'd add that my fairings, too, are doing great. No defects at all as best I can tell. I got a windscreen with mine, and that too is doing great.

I continue to be really, really happy with the quality of these fairings, even after I've taken them off and put them back on a couple of times.
