Cox Radiator Guard

*** Radiator Guard
-Why you decided to purchase the product -
After reading horror stories of a rock hitting radiators and the cost to replace them, I decided to pick a guard up since the *** one was so cheap. I did not need a fancy one since this will be taking a lot of abuse maybe and its not in a high visibility area.
-Where you bought it from -
McCoy Motorsports
-Price -
$57 shipped
-Did the product meet your expectations? How/Why?
It did. It is a good looking black and looks like it would protect my radiator well.
-Would you recommend the product to others?
I would recommend this to others for the peace of mind and might save some you some money in the future. It is a cheap investment.
-Would you buy it again?
I would. I have seen other radiator guards for close to or over $100, this has 1 job and I did not see the need to pay that expensive. If I had to do it again, I would get the same one without a doubt.
Now on to the pics. Once again, I apologize for crappy camera and quality.
Here is the package, pretty simple:
Here are the materials needed for installation, foam backing, zip ties, and instructions:
Once everything is on:
The notch on the bottom connects to the stock bolt on the radiator
It was somewhat of a pain to put it on since it is right behind the wheel. Got my hand scuffed up some, but it is a low thinking process to put this on, just a little bit of bending and adjusting and it should go in.
Once again, thanks for reading
