Ill half-agree with your view of bike bandit.

I ordered a couple parts through them and it took almost 2 weeks to get, even though they said it was in stock. I had to call twice to get the ball rolling and make sure I got the part. I have a feeling if I didn't call I would never have got it.

That being said though, I know a lot of people who have had good experiences with them.

My advice - call in the order.

I have heard a couple similar stories, not directly related to a bearing tho.

I think there is a theme with bike bandit. I had ordered items, took them over two weeks to send half the order and then never notified me that the other half was "on back order too long" so the just canceled the rest of my order. I will not use them again either. Sorry for you back luck

I really detest bike bandit also...I ordered a tire from them last tuesday morning, and according to their shipping policy it was placed early enough in the morning it owuld have gone out that afternoon. Well I never got an update so I called yesterday, my tire was "probably" going to be shipped that afternoon. I was hoping I would have it on by this friday, but its not going to be until wednesday that I even get it.

I also ordered parts from Cheap Cycle Parts, and I got those after 5 days.

My Leatherup order was placed wednesday and I got half of it monday(visor) which came directly from manufacter and my helmet is supposed to be here either today or tomorrow.

But bike bandit is somthing I am not going to order from again....ever. Its been 5 business days and my tire has not been shipped. The only reason I bought it from them was because it was supposed to be here faster than the dealer......
