just used them for the first time, pretty good prices compared to other places, really happy with them at the moment. i ordered a chain and sprocket combo and about 20 minutes later they called to tell me the rear sprocket was out of stock and couldnt get it for a month. but then he swapped another rear sprocket, same color and size but about 25$ more for no charge to make up for it. VERY pleased and will be doing all of my chain and sprocket purchases with them in the future.
