R1 and CBR1000RR


and R6 and CBR 600RR

 

in what aspect mang?
straight away, R1 has it, but in turns, both are very nice.
as far as the 06RR vs. 06R6...depends on what you want...streetability, RR has it...because R6 is bred soley for the track...so with the high RPM happy power making R6, streeting isn't so fun...but at track, slipper clutch and throttle control just eats it up mang! will put some nice distance on the RR.

 

i care to differ.. in the June 2006 issue of SPORT RIDER mag, the 06 R1 was under powered at 154 hp & 72pound of tq.. the 06 1000rr had 158hp & 79 pound of tq.. also there weight were the sam @ 451 * wet ... if we're going to compare like the 04 modles then yes the R1 would come on top..

and as for the 600rr and the R6 , the r6 hands down.. it been like that for a while now.. ..

 

i think they really need to take it to the track with such close numbers...

 

Yeh im sure....track will decide....

I think it will boil down to rider rather than the ride....

Power isn't everything. I believe the 1000rr with out-handle the R1. A buddy of mine has an R6 and I can dive into the corners harder and brake later than he could ever imagine.
