Is $1,500 a good price for a 2003 ninja250 thats clean titleandin a good codition?

Heck yeah! That's a steal. As long as it runs and is rideable. I have one also.Along with my cbr1000f. My ninja 250 is an '88. I picked it up for $300 dollars. It only had 11,000 miles, but it needed carb. work and a new gas tank (rust in the tank). I think that's a great deal!

how many miles? the EX250 is a fun little bike. I want to buy one for myself to play with on the street.

There isn't really a whole lot of playing around in the 250ninja. It's a great beginner bike! Plus it's a great commuter bike. Mine got 70mpg after I put a jet kit in it and pipes. 75mpg before that. It's a great motorcycle. Don't get me wrong. But it's defintely not a stunt bike. I rode mine to deal's gap over this summer (700 mile one way.) so it does decent on the highway too. But they rev pretty high at fast pace. I re-geared mine for the interstate.
