i would look into a honda VFR
ohhhhh those brand new vfr's are pretty dang sexy

Kaw has the Ninja 650R-it's more of an up right bike, but still looks cool. The bar on the 650R look almost like dirt bike bars. I'm not sure how they run, but they do look cool IMO.

I would say VFR800 Interceptor my friend just bought one and they are nice, very comfortable and still quick

I used to have the wrist pain/ neck pain thing you described on my F4i. Then I loosed up a bit.

i had the same thing when i got my bike

I would suggest a Suzuki SV650 or 1000... They come with or without an upper fairing and there is a lot of aftermarket parts for this bike. I had an SV650s for a while and I could ride for a couple of hours comfortably. It still has a sport bike look but it has a more upright, less aggressive seating position.
