I might just do that!

I might be switching the sprockets on my bike this month.

I had an idea, if we tried to get it to touch the eastern most, southernmost, northernmost and westernmost parts of the 48 states (sorry AK, and HI riders) that would be really cool. I could take care of getting it East, it's 5 hours from me, and I could probably move it a bit south, maybe 2 hours on another day.

We'll see, first I need to change my sprockets and get my license (both happening this month hopefully!)

EDIT : I also like the idea of a handoff instead of locking it up and leaving it every time. Handing it off would be cool and we could all meet new people, or meet up with friends we know.

What would be really cool is if the current one could make it to northern cali than we could get it moving again. I know if I can get my hands on it I can probably get it to Harris ranch than one of the SoCal guys could pick it up.

It isn't in Washington anymore, it is 20 miles south of Eugene in Oregon.

And if I get some time soon, I can push it farther towards Cali.

Maybe when it gets to southern California, I'll send it to Hawaii. Then from there to the boys down under, eventually to the UK, and back to you in Maine. UPS may need to help for the overseas legs, unless it goes on vacation with someone. Let's send yours around the world!

Looks like it is still around Eugene, OR.

It appears that this sprocket is suffering from the same problem that plagued the original one in the east to west sprocket challenge. It has a hard time moving off the coast until someone steps up to the plate and makes a big move to get it further inland.
