Sunshine dry,currently 10 c,was 2 c overnite,supposed to be nice weather til Monday,in good ol Aussie.

Yup .... only a 25 min run down to you from what I can figure ...

The mornings have been a bit chilly , but like today , after 10am the sun pops out and it ain't too bad

We had quite a bit of rain (good for the tanks!!) over the last 48 hrs though ...

Fill those Tanks mate,coz dont expect any rain from Nov to March up there .......

Yer , we are quite familiar with the area and the weather Rob ... A mate I did my appreniship with bought and lived in Dunolly for the last 25 years , so I have spent some time up here ...

We actually want the warmer weather without having to move to Queensland ..LOL

The bore , 2 tanks and 2 quite big dams should do the water job fine ... Both dams were holding near full in march when we came to first look at the place , so it should be fine ...
