HAHA! Man, with a title like that, I just had to see what it was all about!
That can looks like a larger version of the "mousse" cans that I am familiar with the small two strokes. Looks like a spray paint can, and it LOOKS NICE!

50cc 2stroke. on a 25h chain for now.
the frame is about 10lbs so its plenty of power i think.
