You weren't dizzy, it was the ceiling fan blowing you around the room!

seriously anything below like 18% is body builder territory... Not average American male... (I shouldn't say average American male... Average in USA is like 60% body fat)

All of your equilibrium comes from the inner ear, this is what makes you balance... When you get an ear infection it starts to dick around with the fluids in the inner ear and you get dizzy.
