I skimmed through it but my 'suggestions' were based off of the list you provided (highlighted red, black and blue).

Rizoma stuff is pretty pricey but some of their products look really good.

You can paint forks, just not the chromed part (or whatever it is). I rattled canned the engine (high temp paint. base- and clear coat), clutch cover and other hot bits black (didn't remove the engine or anything else) and it looks really good. I also rattle canned the frame (again, without removing anything but the side fairings) and am about to to the rear sets and swing arm but to each his own. I'm also not into gold at all.

The second monster has a weird *** but the projectors look sick as hell. Probably from a 749/999. Have you figured out the lighting yet? I remember reading you didn't quite know what to do with it.
