Worrying...
heres some things that i try with success most of the time. this is just for the sleeping part, not the actual taking care of some of the problems (cause i used to get stressed out bad about making phone calls that i didnt want to make and small stuff like that, so that kinda is pretty easy to take care of but the big ones are hard), anyway,
first, try watching a movie in bed, something mindless and at a very low volume but basically just watching something will automatically make your brain pay attention to that and not bad stuff. I have been known to buy ****ty movies that are easier to fall asleep to. (basically, have you ever fallen asleep on the couch watching tv, and then went to bed with no tv and cant fall asleep? thats what i am talking about)
second, a noise machine used to work for me. just something to make a bit of background noise can take your mind off of bad things.
third, sex works great when possible. and i dont mean for the obvious reasons, because it does actually help you fall asleep.
fourth, when i really cant fall alseep, this is what i do: count in my head slowly and rythmically. actually envision the numbers going from large to small kinda slowly but in rythm with your counting. in your head make it a deep voice, like one that a hypnotizer would use.
