That's closer to what I'm looking for. I know there's a range of lattitudinal coordinates that will get me in the temperature zones I want. Is there a map that overlays the temperature ranges with a map of the earth?

Perhaps I didn't do a good enough job explaining(?)

You explained it perfectly. I believe Lemon Grove in San Diego claims world title for most temperate climate, averaging 72 degrees all year...also humidity is never an issue, like you might find in the Mediterranean, although I have heard the Med coast of Spain is similar to San Diego climate.

Thanks SpiritRR. Where can I go to research this myself to find other places worldwide based on certain conditions. The assumption above is that I wanted to ride year round (LOLOLOLOLOLOL)

Maine gets down to -10/-20 in the winter and I have seen 100+ degrees (which sucks enough) but the humidity was over 80%. Maine sucks, although I did ride from Late march to early december.

The CIA has a pretty good idea, by country anyway. I just googled 'world temperate climate'.
