So it was like almost 70 outside today and I told everyone at my work that they should not have even made me come in today since I am the only one here that owns a bike I should be out riding and enjoying the day for everyone. So I took my 15minute break and went for a 45 minute ride. The way I see it I rarely ever take breaks so I have like atleast 4 days straight of breaks where I don't have to work at all.

I would probably write you up with a warning. If you had made some lame excuse, I probably would have OK'd it........... if the work load permitted it. After all, I hired you to fill a need to get work done, if you can't do that, I guess I need to look for someone who can. Not trying to be hard, just know why I would hire someone to begin with. I assume I didn't pay for your joy ride also.

I think you should get strung up in a public square and then caned. LOL.....just kidding. I can see if you were doing it every day of the week. Next time tell them you have to run "errands for the company"
