CC, what style, ya style ya study'n???? "... low enough, it stops hurt'n". "YOU'VE GOT TO BE KID'N !!!!!!!!!!!!!"
I'm sorry... I can't view your vid. ( darn snail pc) Do you compete kumite, kata's or both???? How long you been study'n, what local are ya???
Clean and free, Ripp'n
kenpo karate. and i'm not kidding about the horse stance, usually spend at least 2-3 minutes in a horse stance at a time, get up for a second and get right back into it and if i get low enough it stops hurting, i guess lots of practice helps too.

i compete in katas, weapons, and fighting. i've only been studying about 10 months or so, but i take five classes a week plus i practice every day and my kickboxing instructor teaches me new karate stuff when no one shows up to kickboxing class. we have sparring once or twice a month. i'm a purple belt and will be a blue belt on the 22nd.

I was going to challenge you to a fight, after school, behind the bicycle racks...ummm....but....I.....well......errrrr..... .have decided to become a pacifist. Does anyone else think it's strange that the word "fist" is in pacifist?

When I'm not riding I like to play guitar. I also like moonlit walks on the beach, candlelit dinners, and holding hands around the campfire singing "Jimmy Crack Corn"

I love to see other women get involved in Martial Arts. I've been taking TaeKwonDo for +/- 10 years - not so much to kick butt ( and I don't compete - not too many in my age group - I'm a grandmother), but because it's super exercise (to stave off the ravagesd of time LOL).
I also ride horseback several times a week and do Irish stepdancing (another excellent aerobic exercise).
All of the above help maintain balance and coordination.
You go girl!
Terry
