Funny how you see so many people saying that new riders should get a 250 or smaller but only 10% of the people who voted had that. =P 600 bikes own for a first bike. Plenty of power you never need to upgrade yet still not too much to learn on.

00 600F4......Alot of people suggest getting a 250 to start on...but most people that do want a new bike less then a year after they get one. Everyone I know that has started below a 600 has bought a new bike the next riding season.

A 600 can be too much power for some people to learn on....I rode a few 250's and rode my friends 750 shadow before I bought my bike.....250 wasnt bad but I wanted something with more power.

 

First bike was a 89 KTM 250 MX bike. Learned how to wrestle the bike around so then I got my Honda. Currently a F4 but I'm looking into a 1000 RR if I ever get enough cash, dough, cheese, mulah, dollars.

 

my 1st bike was and is a 02 cbr 954RR thats not the worst part, the worst part is im 17 hahaha
