Well it wasn't today, but I went to a Brazilian restaurant earlier, had mixed meat espetinhos, or shishkabobs, where they were kind enough to include the cooked hearts of three chickens...you could literally nip off the tip of the superior vena cava...so I only had one of those lol but the bife was tasty...made up for the undercooked galinha.
