To start the afternoon. Sitting at my desk in the loft, just had a great bowl of Pho at the Pho place in Austin and strumming a beautiful '57 reissued Goldtop Gibson Les Paul.

Catching up around the house...wrapping christmas gifts..listening to some great 80's headbanger music ( Judas Priest as I type)...shoveled the walkway ( 3 inches of snow last night) and planning to head out and go get some DVD's from Blockbuster

The bungee jumping get togetherfrom a 10000 foot bridge was cancelled today...everyone needed to catch up on their laundry

Firing up the damned snow blower... 6 inches of snow overnight and -24C Brrrrrrrr. Supposed to drop to -31C tonight. That is -11.2F to -23.8F. Glad you are toasty in the land of perpetual summer!

 

Well it wasn't today, but I went to a Brazilian restaurant earlier, had mixed meat espetinhos, or shishkabobs, where they were kind enough to include the cooked hearts of three chickens...you could literally nip off the tip of the superior vena cava...so I only had one of those lol but the bife was tasty...made up for the undercooked galinha.
