i've never had one last more than a day, but yes they make you sick. if i get a migrain, im guarenteed to see whatever i ate/drank last once again! to make things worse, the one i had today probably wasnt helped any by the fact that i skipped lunch to get the job done. so i needed to eat, yet feeling SO SICK from the migrain, you arent exactly hungry (thought of food makes you feel like vomiting!).
