Sorry to hear your ill, funny thing, I gave up work 10 years ago this October & have not had on sniffle or cold.
Anyway Juliet, I'm a 56 yo, & Everything annoys me, I've taken my lead from "Grumpy Old Men" & just let all the barriers down, very liberating. You can moan about things & only be taken as a harmless old fart. Hope you get better ASAP

I am annoyed at people, today. I work for an equipmentrental store, and since the housing market and economy have taken a dump, my business is taking a beating (not to mention my commissions). As a result, I have to work at the branch three days a week to make up for the guys that have been laid off. I have been having to deal with all these stupid assess that want to know how much it is to rent a tiller instead of renting cool things like backhoes, dozers, excavators, etc. Also, no offense ladies, but if you are a woman...please don't call me and ask me about ANY kind of equipment...ever!!! Those calls go like this:
"Hi, my husband rented something a couple of years ago and I don't know what it is called. Do you have one that I can rent and how much is it?"
"M'am, what does it look like?"
"I don't know. It has a thingy on the front and it is really big"
(my imagined response)
"M'am that is my *******, and it is used to lay pipe. I will be right over with itso make sure you have washed your mud cutter. Have a nice day."
