Almost getting to my house some dumb *** pull out of a plaza din't even looked if there was anyone comming, he missed me by an inchI avoid it but i hit the curb broke my foot and the bike got about 1000k in damage.
Ill just take it as an excuse to get custom paint job new wheels and some aftermarket goodies

make sure to ride like they don't see you...cause they usually don't...and we never want to risk it by assuming they do see you.

 

I agree with Tahoe, drive more defensively. You should always ride as if that ***-hole who might pull out in front of you will, because more often then not, they will, even while looking you in the eyes.

 

Damn cagers. I ride Like I'm invisible, cause I am. Well, cops can see me, nobody else though! I do have to take all my clothes of first though. Heel up man! Good luck with that paint job.

I think it would be hard to prove it was his fault unless you have some witnesses since no contact was made? At least that's the way it sounds.

 

nothing he or she dint probably knew what happend and there were no witnesses but after i noticed that my foot was broken i picked the bike up in hoped that it would crank and it did so i rode it to the house and went to the hospital. Im goin to be in this cast for like month and and half. on top of thet no insurance is needed in florida so is comming out pocket.

 

that's a bummer dude, glad to hear your ok, something I always tell myself is cars ALWAYS have the right of way even when they are wrong, and they usually are.
