It should not swirl, you are supposed to rub it on and take it off in a side to side manner, not circles. Anyhow thats all i use also, its not slippery like wax when done.

any type of wax is good to use on your plastics. The more "high end" waxes have more carnuba in them.That's what you want. Mother's works wonders for me. Between waxes when I wash her, I usually use a spray while you dry wax, such as meguires, or eagle one. U just spray it on before you dry and wipe and buff as normal. It really puts on a nice shine and works well....just doesn't last as long.

Ummmmm................I've used a good list of waxes and they all leave white residue on unpainted plastic. What waxes are you using?

after owning a detailing business for 10+ years , ive used allkinds of products and my alltime favorite is mothers. their phase 3 system (prewax, sealer/glaze and carnuba wax) is the best... and yes mothers products are safe for painted plastics i wax my bike several times a year and looks better than new for regular cleaning after rides i use spray detail to keep her shining
