I'm confused too.

He witness pretty much a 4 way stop sign incident due to the lights, told his story, made small talk with the officer, found out the officer didn't have much of an opinion, thought officer was ignorant, hehe.

I think that if officers thinks everyone that "even" bothers to make small talk to them are idiots, the officer best just quit his /her job.

To most people a 4 way stop means EACH taking a turn totalling 4 turns. If the person opposite you (incoming your way) is going straight then you should go tooooo (his way) and not wait for your turn which is 2 to 3 turns away! That's an idiot. The 4 way stop (4 turns) can be reduced to 2 turns if all are going straight.

It was just another reason to dis a cop, what's news worthy about that? People pull this crap all the time here.

Me and the cop laughed about it actually, attributing it to poor driver's ed was his opinion.
