Talk about a good shot.

 

saw it on cops a while back and still amazes me as to how that sniper can do that. damn good shot

It wasnt TOOO hard... sure its dangerous... but all he has to do it get a piece of the pistol, which is pretty good size compared to what the snipers are used to aiming at. He was only 100 yds (or less, cant quite remember) away, so I could have hit that size of target EASILY with my deer rifle...

it is amazing, a very good shot. He was in the right place at the right time.

 

i can hit aspirin tablets and thumb tacks from about 30 yards with my .22
needless to say, i have that thing dialed in

 

notice the military fatigues gaurntee it was near a local military base and it was a mp who is a trained sniper who took that shot not a local pd.

 

in larger cities they train urban snipers as part of the police force wood.... so it could have easily been a local pd guy who did it... like I said, its not a super hard shot to take w/ a fully accurized .223 sniper rifle

 

I use to be on the rifle team in high school. We use to shoot at about the same and use competition .22 long rifles with peep sites. Bulls eye was just a hair or so bigger than the .22 bullet (<=.25"). Bulls eye was 10 pts a shot, we would do ten shots each position; standing, kneeling and laying down. I would average 295 out of 300. Every shot was touching or in the bulls eye.

Point is; they guy laying down shooting at the pistol was probably wishing for a more challenging shot!

 

22 cal Remington nylon stock can hit ANYTHING in 30 yards watch out ZOMBIES head shot every time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
