+10000. I know a couple people that had to go on it and i know a couple people that went section 8. They aint lazy. But then i do know others that are fackin takin advantage of the situation. I dont think that welfare is the problem, just how we dole it out and really just dont keep track of what people are doing with the money. I agree with Havoc in that they should have to take a drug test, i also believe that they should have to get a full time job within six months or they will be SOL.

 

i thiink there would still be dishonest people out there if we didn’t have welfare. but i believe that we would have less dishonest people at the same time. if that makes any sense to you im having trouble wording it.

here is my question to you what creates dishonesty? is it hereditary or greed, greed for money, or something learned from parents.

i dont think there is one right answer to that question but people see in there minds "free money" and want it.

 

I am all for welfare for 2 yrs, take random drug test and if you fail thats it banned for life. We pay our taxes and support these asses and we won't even have SS when we retire. The gov needs revamping and get itself in order we send millions to third world countries and look at the homeless here like the veterans. I could go on for days I will just say I agree +1,000,000

 

lol come to the projects, or the FEMA trailer parks. i can go see 3 bimmer 745's in the projects i was just in, and every apartment in there has a tv as big as a garage door, but they pay between 0 and 25 dollars a month to live there thanks to section 8, welfare, and similar programs, its sickening

 

yeah it blows but i dont mind it too much i just try to keep to my own buisness whatever theyre doing i dont care for and im pretty sure im living a better life than they are.

I think you should have to earn your lifestyle. If you want to have help, that is fine, but let's put in in context: Are you unable to work,andcan'tprovide for your family (fine)? If you are an overweight mom who can't keep her legs closed, maybe the governmant should set limits on your benefits...wow, that sounds extreme (oops). A drug test is required to work at the local Circle K...it should be required to take tax payers money...if I were president...you don't want to know!
