Updated: I Need Your Prayers Please
I got word a few hours ago that a fellow friend and co-worker of mine was in a serious motorcycle accident. She was airlifted to a hospital in El Paso, Texas and is currently in critical condition. She suffered massive head trauma and the doctors don't expect her to live through the night. It's currently 4 am and still no word yet if she has pulled through or not.
I ask for your prayers for Amber and her family. Thank you.

LAS CRUCES — A Las Cruces woman was transported to an area hospital following a mid-afternoon motorcycle wreck Wednesday.
Amber Dunnihoo, 18, of Las Cruces, was traveling south on Valley Drive in front of Wal-Mart at about 2 p.m. when she struck the passenger side of a Farmers Insurance Dodge Magnum driven by Jeanne Medina, 42.
Las Cruces police spokesman Dan Trujillo said Medina was heading north on Valley and turning left into Wal-Mart but could not see Dunnihoo because of a truck coming from the opposite direction that was about to make a U-turn on Valley.
Dunnihoo was airlifted to Thomason Hospital in El Paso. The extent of her injuries and condition were not immediately available.
Medina was not injured but appeared distraught. It was not immediately known if she is a Farmers Insurance employee, but she was cited for not having proof of insurance.
"She had an insurance card but it was expired," Trujillo said, adding that Medina was also cited for a turning violation.
Trujillo said Dunnihoo was not wearing a helmet and would be cited because the license plate did not match the motorcycle she was riding.

Lessons learned are aplenty on this one. WEAR YOUR F**KING HELMET!!! The other is watch where you are going. I see so many f**kheads riding like a-holes out there. Remember, you and your bike will barely dent 90% of the objects you can collide with on the road. MOTORCYCLES NEVER HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY. Might makes right, and bikes ain't ****when it comes to collisions. A car driver may get cited, a biker gets dead.
