be honest guys.. as unsafe and stupid as it is.. he didnt get caught (by the cops) and didnt hurt anyone... im sure he doesnt do this everyday..

thus making it pretty phuqing funny..

 

And what are the cops going to do once they find out who it is? They can't prove that it was him on the bike and what is he really guilty of in the first place? He obviously made it to wherever he was going safe.
