Default Uh oh

So i was on I-44 just cruising and then all of a sudden i realize i miss my exit so i look and then kinda just make my exit at the last second from the farthest lane and low and behold Mr. Sheriff is behind me on the off ramp and at that point i could have gunned it and took the exit and got lost somewhere or pulled over which i did... So im standing there helmet gloves ipod all off when the cop waves me over to get in so we sit there i get the talk about unsafe driving ,getting killed, sell my bike if i cant ride it right, He was nice after all he trusted me to get in the car with him... I got the ticket for unsafe lane change.... kinda sucks but i guess that will teach me to watch my turns...

Anyone know if that will go on my insurance? Im in oklahoma

Yeah- it's a moving violation. Your insurance will be affected, but who knows by how much...

you can fight it. A lawyer will make it dissappear for about as much as the ticket would cost, or take a defensive driving course, or elect for deffered adjudication(sp?) I have gotten one or two tickets in 15 years of riding/driving and none went on my record, all small stuff like what your talking about. I took a class for one to keep it off and not have to pay the ticket, and another for speeding, 78 in a 55 I gave to a lawyer, paid 150 for the lawyer, but the ticket was gonna be 3 something. Asked the lawyer how he got it erased, and in some lawyer-talk I don't understand, he basically went down a laundry list of excuses and defenses he could use to get it tossed. I didn't even have to show up.

Insurance will only be affected if you have full coverage.
