i've gained 9 pounds in 2 months by adding multi vitamins and Muscle Asylum Freak Fix shakes to my routine. It tastes pretty good too. I workout 3 days a week and rest in between. Get it at GNC. Every couple days i take a glutomine pill. I'm not huge but im cut up.

Caffeince is bad, but i still drink some soda's. Mostly powerade though because its cheap at walmart and tastes good even if it gets hot.

Tried the new protein, its called "Muscle building milkshake". The old choco protein (pictured above) was unbearable to drink, this stuff tastes good (yes, muscle milk good). 9G fat, 19G carbs, 33G protein...not bad. Im gonna stick with this protein, creatine (how bad can it be), and NO fury.

BSN is in a lawsuit for not including all its ingredients on the label...im gonna steer clear. Seems like six star got some decent ratings.

Anyone have a decent workout log? Excel format would be awesome. Just a blank chart broken up into day/bodypart(s) with exercises where you fill in the weight/reps.

if you could link to those mags and article about caffeine i would be very interested to read them, ive never read a positive argument for caffeine being a plus.

Set the chart up to your specific work outs. I personally just use a note pad but anything will do.

True mass and N.O Xplode are some good stuff. I got the True Mass cookies and cream and it's actually good tasting. I have probably 1 serving left
