is the GSXR 1000 a better bike then the rr1000?...the people i ride with say it is...i no this has been on the topic for yrs...but im a new rider and want to get the heads up....

First off, Triumph is not american...LOL!!!! They are MADE over in england! And yes i will agree with you on the triumph not being the best daily driver like the japanese 600's. This is the bike for a motorcycle conesuer, A person that is older (usually over 30) and doesnt go riding EVERY SINGLE DAY but every weekend or every other, buys this bike not becuase its the fastest out there but becuase its made by triumph and the quality & workmanship is far better then the japenese competition. The only way you could understand what the 675 stands for is if you know there history and what they have made in the past! and i bet you guys didnt know that back in the 50's triumph had the fastest Q-mile bike in the world!
