Hey all, im not sure if this is the rite section, but im in new york and am dying to go to a track day, but dont have a means of towing my bike there... if anyone from the new york area is going to a trackday, regardless what track and is willing to give me a ride id greatly appreciate it... would pay for has and what not.... let me know lol

 

What track are you headed too? I live in New York as well. About an hour and a half or 2 hours from Watkins Glen. Idk when I'll be going, probably not real soon but I'd let you know.

 

I just started doing track days at NJMP this season and I'm already hooked. Going back next week, and hopefully again at the end of the month if my work schedule cooperates. I don't have a truck or trailer either, but most trackday organizers will have a forum on their website where you can find a ride, and that's what I've done. But now I'm thinking about getting a tow hitch and a used trailer, which shouldn't cost too much.

BTW, I'm pretty sure Watkins Glen doesn't do motorcycle track days - the runoffs etc. aren't safe for bikes.

 

watkins glen does track days for bikes... ill do any track you guys are going to, im in queens.. this is my second track season and ive been hooked lol... had a friend that gave me rides but he stopped going so bummer.... dont have a truck to pull a trailer

 

im on long island ... i got from time to time.. NJMP ... and have gone down to FL as well

also if you need any work done .. let me know .. just built a 12.5 x 24 ft garage in my back yard with 13 ft cielings..

Going to NJMP tomorrow! It'll be sweltering out there in full leathers, but I don't mind.
