Default Top ten qualifying resluts for Indy MotoGP

Just showing the results for the qualifying for todays race.

I know Spies is on Suzuki.. but damn. only his third time on aGP bikeand he is only 6 tenths of second off the fastest lap.. Spies is not one that falls off the pace. New bike, different brand tires I know will play a role, but he will do very well in this race. top 5 finishfor sure.If he goes to GP, I look for him to be the next American GP winner.

Also very impressed with Rossi. A track he is not used to and he qualified pole..

Spies or HaydenFTW...would love to see an American take it!! That would be awesome...but the race is going to be a washout.

nah, not GP. they dont stop for a little bit of rain. If it does rain however, you can bet on an american not winning.

No rain, 40mph gust of wind however. Cut it short at 17 laps with Rossi in first, Hayden in second, and Lorenzo in third. Hayden held the lead for a few laps but Rossi made his move and dominated what was left of the race. INDY GP 2009!!!

The 125 got rained out. They moved 250 to after GP due to rain. During the GP it didn't rain but the wind was really bad.

It actually did start raining again during the GP. Hayden smoked his tires once the track dried a bit from a lull in the rain, but once it rained again, he didnt have any tread worth a crap left. His bike was all over the place.

what about Spies???? All I can say is wow. hes not use to riding in the rain like the others and still pulled out a 6th place. there were a few times it look like he would pass Stoner, but it never happened for him..

When it rained during the GP it was very light (compared to during 125). It wasn't enough to water log the track and everyone in the stands (myself included) stayed until it was red flagged. Stoner said it was the wind that canceled the race, not the rain.

It sucks the race was cut shirt. Lorenzo was going to take second (he was right behind Hayden on the last lap and had been working forward the whole race).

Does anyone know what happened to Marco Melandri?

I clicked on this hoping to see what a "reslut" is. I'm disappointed.
