Pam, my carbs only ever clogged up once after 8 years and that was because I went through a winter without running the bike up at all ..I have never had problems with carbs on bikes before that are in regular use, also the F3 in particular like most Hondas carburretes beautifully smoothly and glitch free :-) .. also I would have thought injectors clogg up too if not used for long periods??
Yes, Pam ... I was snapped up once but then he snapped up someone else instead!!

the gas here sometimes is total crap.....I have cleaned that white goo and crap out of way to many carbs both auto and bike. and yes alot of the time it is vehicle that sat for prolonged periods.....
are any new bikes even carbed anymore?? last carbed bike I had was a honda magna VF750

well done ..I was weaned on old school by my dad ..he taught me everything Steve ... I used to sit with him for hours and watch as he stripepd things down ..as a child I was mesmerised by the blue/purple light coming out from under his workshop door ..I used to help him all the time ..and of course he taught me how to ride on the back of his cane :-)
