I just won a helmet on ebay, SCORPION EXO KDF-10. Anyone have any experience with this helmet? I meant to put in a bid of $2, but accidentally hit $20 and I won it. Starting bid was $.99 so for ****s and giggles, I meant to put the 2 dollar bid. Anyway, what do you guys know about it?

 

You could probably re sell it or trade it for more than 20 bucks

 

Actually, I kinda like the helmet, matches my bike. I bid, not expecting to win. But now that I did, I want to keep it, just curious about other's opinions on the helmet. Is it a good helmet, or is it a bottom of the line Scorpion? Is it worth keeping?

 

Scorpion is a good brand. If I was you jim I would look it up on the internet and read professional reviews and also Customer reviews

I didn't know much about it, but it turns out that it is the Scorpion EXO 400, not the KDF-10.

This is the same helmet I got, except mine was $70 cheaper. And it comes with a smoke and a clear face shield. I like the red and black tribal theme, that's why I threw the bid out there.

 

Most people love the 400 for the $50-80 you can normally find them on sale for - for what you paid - it's a no-brainer.

One thing - Scorpion lids tend to run a little small. I wear a ned in HJC but larges in Scorpions.

I'm hoping santa brings me an exo-1000 :-)
