I agree, But thats crazy how the wind catching her helmet pulled her off......

 

After a while she wont look so bad in some areas. I will have to show my gf that.... she never wants to put shoes or a jacket on when shes rides with me.... but of course I make her.

That's sad. She's a really pretty woman. It could have been worse, however. The first even accident I saw as a green nurse in the ER was a motorcyclist who tried to pass a truck making a left turn. The trucK traveled several hundred feet dragging the (helmetless) rider down the road on the back of his head. Needless to say, he was DOA.

I've made it to 110 with my wife on the back... because she asked me to. She wanted to know what it felt like. Once I show her these pics... never again. That's a shame... she has a good attitude not to be pissed at the guy, but it sounds like she was on there willingly and knew what speeds she'd be traveling at.

edited for this: you know... I've thought about this a little more and something popped in my tiny little head. I've known a few women with bad scars and worked EMS for 5 years. I've never seen or heard of a woman allowing pics with scars like this to be seen.

That's awesome if it's on the level and she did this to get the message across. I'm thinking of turning in my textile for leather now.
