No one touches, sits on, rides, or even breaths on my bike. It's mine. I took off the rear pegs and put on a cowl for a reason............it's mine and mine alone. I remember my roommate (Hamster) cleaned my bike with Honda Polish before a ride and I got extremely mad about it. Not because he did something nice for me, but because he touched MY bike without my permission. I don't care if I scratch it, but I have a huge problem if someone else scratches it........even if it is an accident or if they're being nice.
So if any of you ever get to meet me in person...........don't touch any of my s**t.

That's exactly why I can't see putting hundreds or thousands of dollars in a paint job unless it's a "show piece". There will always be that fear of some ***** making you wreck, laying it over or generally messing with it. My wife laid hers over one day in the yard on some uneven ground and I was concerned with HER being hurt, the first thing out of her mouth was "MY BIKE OK?". It's bad enough when you do something yourself but for someone else to screw it up THAT'S a real pisser![:@]
