Stretching Programs - anyone have one?

Stretching Programs - anyone have one?
In my ripe old age i'm starting to get less and less limber.
Particularly my Hams, calves and medial glutes.
And as some of you know i'm going on a cross country trip this summer and getting a little more leg flexibility can't hurt on those long days.
Now I know the basics of stretching. Static / dynamic etc and was a former college athlete not too long ago. But was wondering if anyone had a good full body or lower body stretching program that they use.
And I went to a yoga class but spent too much time trying to pick up everything in there with a nice butt so that's not really a good option.

look up rom drills, I use them before each workout. I workout 4 - 6 times a week and they really help, one day of just stretching or yoga and static stretching after the workout as well.

^Crossfit in the background, those workouts are no joke. I used to do them, got in the best shape of my life doing crossfit. Nate yoga, pilates, martial arts are all good for flexibility, you may just need to restrain yourself from hitting on other students. I've just started yoga myself in addition to weight training.

If u really want to do the yoga for streching then i would suggest buying a yoga video and doing it at home so u dont have to worrie about looking around. Im about to start the p90x and there is a yoga part to this. If u want to get in shape and be able to strech then i would try p90x. Well best of luck man and be safe on ur cross country ride.

Im mixed about crossfit, there are too many inexperienced lifters doing complex Olympic style lifting past the point of fatigue. In my experience that just leads to injury if your not careful I like a lot of what it has to offer but doesn't suit what I need. Love the stretching and the p90x yoga is awesome, its a real kick in the nether regions.

For the record - i'm not looking to "get in shape" my name is NateDIESEL for God's sake. I lift often, but the legs seem to be getting less and less flexible these days. I had one of those Glute cramps the other day using Kuro's preferred stretching method hahah
And BJJ isn't my thing really - I'm done with wrestling for the most part.
however these are all good suggestions, keep em coming. The at homo yoga might be the ticket, less Yoga Pants to cause distraction. and the range of motion exercises are good, thanks CJ.
