He sure is carrying a lot of crap. If he was moving, he should have rented a truck.

I agree, I always wear pants, helmet and gloves, and most the time a jacket, but not always. My wife gets angry at me when I dont wear a Jacket but sometimes Its just too hot for one.

N8 Dawg. Solid name bro.

I know how it gets - getting stuck in traffic in the heat in full gear is probably the most awful thing possible.

I disagree. It couldn't possibly be worse than having your skin ground off.

whats worst is all the stop and go traffic. all the stop lights and stop signs. i swear some of the stop lights around here will go on for an easy 8 minutes. it is so brutal to be sitting there baking in the sun with no wind (not that you can feel it in a helmet/jacket/jeans/gloves lol). and unfortunately that is most of my riding as a daily driver. to me its already so miserable sometimes, i cant imagine dealing with full leathers, that is just insane.

This is a prime example of why I don't wear a jacket all the time. Yes I own a jacket but why don't I wear it? On a nice riding day here its easily 85+ I live right in one of the most congested towns)6th largest municipality of NJ) with a population of 101311+(from 2008 census) with Major highways, malls, business's and tons of apartment complexes. The traffic is ridiculous during the day and even more so during rush hour. It is not uncommon to sit through a light 3 full times before I get to go on the 4th.

Bottom line for me is no shorts and sneakers( I usually wear shorts under my jeans and strap my sneakers to the tail with my bungee chord) It is amazing to me to see how many people ride in shorts and sneakers. The rash you get from just tripping on the pavement is bad and annoying let alone being trapped underneath 400 + pounds! I just ordered some textile riding pants and hopefully they will last me through a spill when I finally drop it.

Just wanted to say this caught my eye. Running backs can go nowhere near 25 miles per hour the fastest man in the world Usain Bolt ran a 9.69 secons 100 meter at the 2008 Olympics which would be around 23 MPH

Running 20mph isnt bad and it is possible !!!!!!! Not good enough to get into the Olympics but fast. If you can run a 100 meter dash in 11 seconds you run 20 mph !!!!! At 9.89 secs you will travel at 22.5 mph. 2 1/2 mph dont seem like much but an 11 sec finish compared to a 9.89 finish is a life time. I ran 11 seconds all day in high school. Im sure this guy could do it.
