RE: sport bike/crusier???
That is simular to what I have in mind except Im not going to stretch and rake the front end out any. I wont be using the stock front end either. My main issue in the thought process right now is what to do with the ugly radiator...Any ideas??? I read about one guy who out it behind the engine and another said he put it on the bottom... I like the ideas but not really sure how well it would cool right behind the engine and I would be worried about busting it open if I out it on bottom... What do you guys think???

Yeah their bike look good but they are kind of the oposite of what I am trying to do. They take v-twins and build racingchoppers around them. They are all air cooled. Im trying to take a liquid cooled and build a chopper with it... Kind of Bassackwards... Surely you can move the radiator... If it starts getting hot I will just switch to ionized water and an inhibitor package instead of 50/50 water and antifreeze. That will drop your temp 20%.

So I found the guy who put the radiator behind the engine... He said he is in 100+ heat and stop and go traffic all the time. He hasn't had any overheating probs at all. I don't necessarily want itunder my seat but if it can be put there with no probs then surely I can think of somewhere to put it other than in the front of the bike...
