Ewwww.... I have to get a piece of this action!!! I want that PDF!!! I'm pretty good at getting out of tickets on my own, but since I have gotten older (34 now) its getting harder for me to play "stupid" hahahaaha... So some assistance is always a welcome treat!!!

I have to agree though, everytime I get the "Lights" pointed at me I pull over and have talked myself out of several tickets just because I was courteous and stopped. The most recent was only a few months ago in my truck, I was flying down a back road doing 80 in a "Construction zone, fines double" area, and I was doing double the speed limit. Well... Guess who was hiding behind one of the caution lights (U know the ones telling u to move into the next lane with the flashing lights) But Mr. DPS Trooper.... Well since I was doing 85 in a 45, I just put the brakes on and pulled over to the shoulder of the road and waited for my doom... He was stunned I did that, and we started conversing about motorcycles and the next thing I know he wrote me a warning and told me to slow down. Then he dediced to REMIND ME that it WAS a construction zone, and that I was walking away from a HUGE fine... Whew, sometimes my charm still does work.. Hahahaha.. Wait... It was a guy cop too.. Do u think he was.... Nawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww...

firefox, you only have to worry if he asked for your home number. We don't put those on citations or warnings. If he did, then I would say he was.........(you fill it in) LOL

I was haulin **** one day on the CBR and passed the cop doing about 80 in a 45 zone. There was NO way for him to turn around and come get me cuz I had just passed about 10 cars and they were all staggered for about a mile.

BUT knowing that he would be after me. I pulled over and waited, and waited, and waited.....
About 5 minutes later he finally comes pulling up and stops. He never even turned his lights on. He told me that he never expected me to stop. I told him that I knew I was busted so why make him chase me... We talked for about 15 minutes about the bike and stuff and told me to slow it down and sent me on my way.

The only other time I got a ticket was before I got my motorcycle endorsement after I moved to another state. They said my previous state endorsement was not valid. I went to court and they threw it out saying the cop was incorrect. I still ended up paying the stupid court cost of $100, which is all they wanted in the first place.

Legalized extortion is all it is.. No matter what the verdict, you still get charged for the court cost!

I would never outrun a cop ... I would never post that I outran a cop anyway. Just a silly thing to do. I have a PDF file on how to beat a ticket I'll send ya if you want. If you already admitted to the police that you were speeding then you're screwed -- just pay it. If not this article has some good ideas for defenses.

COuld you please send me your pdf file... by PM would be great. I am intrigued

Thanks!

a good friend of my dads is a state cop back home...so near my old house in PA, along the highway they had one of those "your speed is ---" read out signs...well, a guy was trying to see how high he could get it on that empty stretch of highway...so he would fly past it, then turn around inthe median, and go back...evidently, the state police have a system in those boards that notifies the nearest barracks of repeated excessive speed...well, after like 5 or 6 runs of 150+,...the sent a state police harley out to "catch him"...well, the cop sat on a nearby overpass...in the dark and watched the guy do it a few more times, getting as high as the low 180s, wearing only sunglasses...in the dark...so on his last run, the cop came down off the overpass and turned his lights on as the bike came toward him...the bike stopped just past the cop..and as the cop approached, he turned to the cop, and motioned to him to follow him..and jumped on it...the harley struggled to keep up, and the guy kept motioning for the cop to get him...everytime the cop would get close, the guy would pull away...the moron then decided to exit into a small town and was buzzing along at a smooth 120 when a semi pulled out in front of him...evidently he thought he could just duck under the box of the semi...he was wrong...the officer said that the helmet actually penetrated the side of the box...turns out that he had stolen the newer 1000RR that night and was on all sorts of narcotics...too bad his perception was altered enough to not realize that he was about a foot too tall to squeeze under the truck...

and what was the make of bike last year in montana of north dakota that broke the all time record for the highest amount over the speed limit? like 195mph OVER the posted limit?

The one in Minnesota was a bogus stop. Cop was in a plane 'timing' the bike over a 1/4mi stretch. I'm not suggesting the dude wasn't hauling a$$ I'm just saying that the method of obtaining his actual speed is very flawed.

really...im not arguing, but i am interesting in why you think it wasnt a good method?

the same guy evidently had no license because it had been taken away from him for getting a ticket of like 100 over in a lambo a year or so prior...
