Sorry to hear that. If you were havin a party you sure it wasnt some drunk idiot that just stumbled into it? Not that it would excuse it, but another place to look into.

Well, *ahem* at least it wasn't like that time my friend, yes, that's it, my friend, said he forgot his disk lock was on and when he went to leave--PRACKK--CRUNCH---F_CK!!! The pain is much worse when it's your own fault, I guess...at least that's what he said. I'm almost converted to using sliders now, I'm just afraid if it does fall over, the bike's weight will be centered on just the slider and crack the engine mount.

P.S. Curses are real. Find out who's out of luck now and you'll know who did it.

 

the most you will have to worry about when using frame sliders is that it wont protect everything 100% and you will still get some scrapes and maybe cracks but breaking the engine mountis very hard to imagine happening.

 

Ok, quick question:

With all the worry and feelings about people messing with other people's stuff...have you ever (including when you were a teenager if you are older) every done anything to other people's things...such as, left your trash in the back of someone's pickup? Thrown crap, like cigarette butts on someone's sidewalk? Played baseball with someone's mailbox?

 

Sorry to hear that man. Some people are just trash and should not be alive. If i seen someone do that to a bike I would not let them get away-my bike or not. I hope you find out who did this to your bike and make them pay one way or another.

I hate people that have no respect for others stuff and well being. My bike is old and not perfect, but I worry about **** like this alot.

That sucks, one guy I used to know had a camcorder on his car at night so he could see if anyone messed with it. I wish i could have told you this sooner.
