Default So who shoud pay to fix this

So my buddy is leaving his gf's house cause she's bitching. He's sitting on the bike in her slanted *** drive way and she's now yelling at him for not wearing his brainbucket. So she gets his helmet and starts shoving it in his side, and he's like move or I'm going to run your feet over. Well in the mix the bike gets dropped. Now the debate starts who was at fault? I like to call couples like this pure comedy, ona side note she's rich, a 10 and she's for the most part pretty cool ( she'd been drinking tequila that night ). Hence the reason she's not a ex-gf. Oh I guess I should state the damage, busted mirror and all right side plastic fromt to back, it slid.

well if she was drinking tequila i'm going to guess he was drinking to. i apply the science of social darwinism to these circumstances. if the fool doesn't want to wear a helmet, then he's more likely to lose it and make one more perfect 10 available for the better adapted to survive (aka the people who wear helmets). as far as the bike goes... it's better than his skull.

survival of the fitest, beotch

Shoulda never got on the bike without a helmet if his intentions were to leave. ... And If alcohol was invovled he should never mix the two. Sorry but the bike's his responsibility. Good Luck with the fix.. hope its lookin puurrty sooon.

his fault .. man up and fix his own bike stop blaming it on her... unless she ran out and pushed the bike over then make her buy a brand new one
