So we are riding today and....

a bear crosses the street - scared the hell out of me and what do stupid people in their cars do - stop and watch.....

I've never had a bear jump out in front of me before, have you?

Nup never had a bear do that here in Aus

but if one did jump out in front of me here I would be heading straight to my therapist ...LOL

I have had 6 ft Kangaroos , 3 ft Wallabies , Sheep , Cows , Wombats , Emu , Deer , echidna's(porcupines) and chit loads of rabbits !! get in the bloody way here in Aus...
but noooooo...bears

Spare undies are required for all of the above events ... LOL

theres some roosters that live down the hill from my house.. they get in the way sometimes but i never hit them hahah

I've had the bear thing happen! but i was in my car. it was around midnight, i swerved left while it was running across to the right. I still managed to clip its *** with the front right bumper at 100km/h it spun the bear around and it hit the side of my car. fortunetly 0 damage to the car, it just popped out the front right plastics which i just had to push back in. Intrepids are tanks!!! although the bear did leave muddy gross stuff all over the car and it smelled like ***.. maybe i litterly scared the **** out of the bear.?

No bears, plenty of deer though. A bear would scare the crap out of me

I've seen them in my back yard when I lived up north though.

I took out a possum last year, with my weapon of choice... a nice pair of PP's.... it was quite a speed bump

I guess that would be pretty scary, only ever seen them in the Zoo (& the look either totally p*ssed off or bored) or on TV. But as Classic said, we see a lot of other native wild life (usually on the side of the road after being hit by a truck).
