2. He is a dip****, we only have 20 seniors at our high school! Trust me this cop is retarded, did you see ealier where him and our CHIEF of POLICE is being investaged for drug trafficing. Yea you gotta be some kinda retarded to do that let alone get caught.

I posted under the thread about what our screen names mean....
Here it is again....
In high school, I played Lacrosse (Lax) at the time I was running a buell, and well I thought that the girl would add a nice edge. Most girls don't own motorcycles and play lacrosse(not to mention the other stuff I do).
That makes laxbuellgirl....that's my screen name for everything.

Our police chief and this cop that just wrote me a ticket are being investgated for trafficing drugs.....
There is come kinda law that states that the traffic ticket has to be written before the person driving it stops driving. So like with me going home and parking it then leaving the house again, means he can on longer write me a ticket for something as minor as what he did. I think I'll be able to get the charges drop against me.
I think next time he's working I'm going to ride by him without a shirt on and when he goes to chase me flip him off, take some back roads home that way when he finds me again, I can just whip out my little law book and ask him if he wants to fight me in court.
FYI guys, I do ride with a helmet and gear whenever I leave town. IF and ONLY IF i'm just cruisin around town I'll wear only jeans and boots. Remember my town is only 2 miles by 4 miles Wide.

In most every state - police have up to one year to file charges/issue citationsin a misdemeanor. 7 years for a felony.
He can say watching pedestrians was more important at the time than stopping you... which gives you an offense in the court since the charge is reckless endangerment. That charge indicates an unsafe situation for others around you, which would most certainly be cause for a stop so long as he wasn't actually involved in another safety-related stop.
You should be fine, plea your case to the judge and write everything down before court so you're not stammering in front of the judge. Get your facts straight and chances are good you'll end up only paying court costs.
